Web Store Information

Alexander’s Aesthetics Inc is a specialized wholesale distributor of aesthetics products selling only to licensed estheticians and cosmetologists who are professionals in the spa, beauty salon, and medical business.

Navigating and Searching

Select a general menu item across the top of the page to go to any of the website pages. Select ‘SHOP BY BRAND’ to see a list of the brand names Alexander’s carries. Select ‘SHOP BY CATEGORY’ to see a list of category types. Enter a product code, product name, or any other keyword in the ‘Search’ box for a list of items that include your search phrase.

Ordering

Buying online from Alexander’s is fun, easy, and secure. For every item there is an ‘ADD TO CART’ button that you select to add the item to your shopping cart. This does not commit you to buying it, because you can remove the item from your cart before checking out. While shopping, you can click on the ‘VIEW CART’ button near the top right of the page to review your order. Once you are in your cart, you can modify your cart, apply coupons and modify shipping options.

When you have all the desired items in your shopping cart, you can click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button to enter your shipping and payment information. After completing this information, you can review your order and select ‘Place Order’ when you are satisfied everything is correct.

For resale items, please attach your Sales Tax Certificate to your online account to have tax removed from retail items. This applies to only customers in California ordering from the California location and customers in Colorado ordering from the Colorado location.

Payment Methods

For online orders, Alexander’s accepts credit card payments from any US issuing bank.

International Orders

Shipments can only be shipped within the Continental US.

Please call our office to coordinate shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and international locations. International orders must be shipped to a US freight service that deals with international deliveries.

Small international orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. After we receive your order we calculate the postage and email you for approval of the postage charges. We will not ship the order, until we receive your approval.

Order Confirmation

After your order is accepted, your order receipt will be displayed, including your order number. You will also receive an email to confirm your order.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Alexander’s Aesthetics dispatches orders from our warehouses and occasionally directly from the product manufacturer. Customers can review shipping options and costs before completing your order. Customers can also upgrade to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Priority, or Standard Overnight shipping within the continental US. Unless a shipping upgrade is selected at checkout, Alexander’s Aesthetics will choose the best method to ensure efficient delivery of your order.

Free shipping is available for online orders over $225. Online orders under $225 will incur a flat rate fee of $14. All email and phone orders will remain at the same $14 flat rate. Expedited shipping is not eligible for free shipping.

Skin Script ONLY orders follow Skin Script’s policy of free standard shipping on all orders of $49+. For Skin Script ONLY orders totaling less than $49, there is a shipping cost of $7.00.

Shipping Redelivery Attempt Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we offer a redelivery attempt to ensure that your package reaches you in a timely manner.

Unsuccessful delivery attempts may occur due to various reasons such as incorrect address information, recipient not available at the time of delivery, or delivery location inaccessible.

  1. Notification of Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our shipping carrier will leave a notification indicating the reason for the failure and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Redelivery Attempt: Upon an unsuccessful delivery attempt, customers have the option to request a redelivery attempt. Please follow the instructions provided on the delivery notification to schedule a redelivery.
  3. Redelivery Fee: Depending on the shipping carrier and the circumstances of the unsuccessful delivery attempt, a redelivery fee may apply. This fee covers the cost of additional delivery attempts and logistics involved. If all redelivery attempts are unsuccessful or if the recipient fails to arrange a redelivery within the specified timeframe, the package may be returned to the sender. Additional fees or charges may apply for reshipping the package.

 

Shipping Policy for Address Errors and Changes 

Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped and the address needs to be changed, additional charges may apply. The cost will vary depending on the shipping carrier’s fees for rerouting or reshipping the package.

Incorrect Address Entries: If a customer enters an incorrect address when placing an order, any costs associated with rerouting the package will be the customer’s responsibility. However, if Alexander’s Aesthetics ships an order to the wrong address due to an error on our part, we will work with the client to resolve this issue and cover any costs that might be associated with rerouting the package to the correct address.

Drop Ship

Retail products that are being shipped directly to your clients will not include an invoice or samples in the package and will now be a permanent addition to our shopping experience. For drop ship orders; click “Drop Ship” in the order section.

Sales Tax and International Duties

Sales tax will be charged to California customers ordering from the California store and Colorado customers ordering from the Colorado store. No sales tax will be added for out of state customers. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax, or tariff imposed by the destination country.

Product Warranty

Product warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer or importer.
