To request a refund or return, please call the California office at 800-367-2539 or the Colorado office at 844-772-0052. We will consider the request and if allowed, coordinate a return time, provide you with a return method – in-store drop-off or shipping, and respond to your request accordingly.
• All requests for a return/refund must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• If the error was ours or if the product is defective, Alexander’s Aesthetics will cover the cost of shipping for the return and replacement.
• If the customer ordered in error, changed their mind, or if the product is NOT defective, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
• When shipping a return: The item(s) must be in its original sealed packaging. Please use all original packing materials. If original packing materials are not available, quality packaging materials are required. The product should be packaged with peanut-type material filled to the top of the box and taped securely. Alexander’s Aesthetics is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
• Once your return is received, it is subject to inspection to verify it is new and unused prior to issuing a refund. Please note, some returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Custom ordered items and some PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) products are not returnable or refundable.
