Due to COVID-19 concerns and state and local guidelines, please be careful to order only those products that you intend to keep. Returning products is more restrictive than in the past. Please contact us if you need to request a return. We will consider the request and if allowed, coordinate a return time, provide you with a return method – in-store drop-off or shipping, and respond to your request accordingly. A request for a return must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Unless the returned item is defective or an incorrect item was sent, you are responsible for any return shipping charges. The item must be in its original sealed package and is subject to inspection to verify it is new and unused. Some returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom ordered items and some PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) products are not returnable or refundable.
