In this hands-on training we will address how to build trust and identify with your clients that are struggling with acne so that you can appropriately treat them.  We will also address the common hesitations when treating acne and give you the confidence to overcome the challenges you face in the treatment room.  We will also discuss how to advise on appropriate retail products for homecare.

During this 3 hour class you’ll learn all about the basic facts surrounding acne skin conditions:

• How acne forms in the skin
• Identifying different grades of acne and the associated lesions
• Skincare ingredients to help the skin
• Tools and techniques to use in the treatment room
• What can aggravate acne making it worse
• Prescription medicine and how it may affect your treatment and homecare
• Observe a demo for acne skin including manual extractions.
