BiON’s Mint Mask is recommended for normal to oily and blemished skin types. It is a stimulating and effective mask that leaves the skin with a renewed and soothed after-feel. Mint Mask exhibits excellent decongestive, cleansing, toning, stimulating and anti-bacterial effects. It dissolves excess oil and gives a cool refreshing sensation to the skin. As it removes surface dead cell build-up, impurities and pore blockage, it promotes anti-bacterial activity. This helps to establish a clear and smooth complexion. The client may experience a tingling, cooling and tightening sensation as the mask dries. The addition of zinc oxide helps to normalize and protect the skin’s pH and oil balance and provides an antiseptic effect. Kaolin and Bentonite clays help to absorb oils from the skin, tighten pores, refine skin texture and calm irritations. Natural Peppermint and Menthol help to stimulate circulation, and to refresh, cool and soothe the skin. Glycerin and Carrot Oil protect from moisture loss and provide nourishment to the skin. pH4.5

How to Use:

Apply a thin layer with a brush, spatula or fingertips over the entire face starting with the neck line. Avoid applying mask to lips, mouth, hairline, eyebrows and the area around the eyes. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. The mask should be removed with tepid to warm water and cotton. A very small amount of Cleanser for Normal Skin or Mineral Cream Cleanser mixed with water could be used to make mask removal faster and easier. For sensitive skin, dilute a small amount of the mask with purified water (50/50) and leave on the skin for a shorter time period. Also, this can be mixed with other BiON masks to impart a mild, cooling and astringent effect.
