Ultra Collagen Kit Includes:

• Pure Collagen 2.29 oz.
• Vital Hydrator 4 fl. oz.
• Mixing Tools

Directions:

1. Combine one scoop* of Pure Collagen with 3 pumps of Vital
   Hydrator in mixing bowl*. Mix to even consistency.
2. Apply evenly to cleansed face and neck, if desired. Wait 5 to 10 minutes until dry to the touch.
3. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water and towel dry.

Use daily for optimal results or at least 2-3 times per week for regular skin maintenance.
Do not leave on longer than recommended.
