Millicent Russo is the founder of EstheticPro, Integrated Aesthetics Institute, Integrated Aesthetics Association, and the Integrated Aesthetics Scholarship Fund. With 24 years of experience as a licensed esthetician specializing in microneedling, Millicent has made significant contributions to the field.

She serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Learn Skin Integrative Dermatology Symposium Esthetician Track and is an internationally published author. Her school is a CIDESCO-accredited institution, offering the first and only International Certification in Microneedling.

Millicent trains educators from prominent brands such as Skin Script, Dermalogica, Face Reality, and national chain beauty schools.
