Instructor Bio:
Millicent Russo: Founder of EP Micropen
Millicent Russo is the founder of EstheticPro, Integrated Aesthetics Institute, Integrated Aesthetics Association, and the Integrated Aesthetics Scholarship Fund. With 24 years of experience as a licensed esthetician specializing in microneedling, Millicent has made significant contributions to the field.
She serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Learn Skin Integrative Dermatology Symposium Esthetician Track and is an internationally published author. Her school is a CIDESCO-accredited institution, offering the first and only International Certification in Microneedling.
Millicent trains educators from prominent brands such as Skin Script, Dermalogica, Face Reality, and national chain beauty schools. She is also a consultant for product formulations, protocols, and curriculum development, and serves as a judge for Skin Games. Additionally, Millicent is an expert witness, an ambassador school for Preston Acne Pro’s – The Preston RxTractor, and a frequent podcast guest and public speaker.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund unless the vacated spot in the class can be filled by another attendee. If the spot is successfully filled, a 100% refund will be issued; otherwise, no refund will be provided.
- We retain the right to cancel this class if the enrollment minimum is not met. In this case, a full refund will be promptly issued.
