California | Brazilian Waxing Techniques

Sunday, February 16th from 10 am – 3 pm PT

Enhance your skills in Brazilian waxing with advanced techniques designed for waxers who are comfortable with the basics and are ready to take their services to the next level. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn efficient, time-saving waxing methods using hard and strip wax, how to set up your room for optimal client comfort, and key contraindications to ensure safe and successful treatments. This course will help you refine your technique and boost your confidence in delivering exceptional results.

Each participant will give and receive a Brazilian service. If you are unable to receive a Brazilian service, you must schedule a model to arrive at the class at 12:45 PM and contact Alexander’s Aesthetics, as this will change our class rotation.

This class will cover:

• Waxing dos and don’ts
• Proper sanitary procedures
• Utilizing the strip-less technique
• Pre & post-waxing products
• Proper Brazilian etiquette
• Hands-on Brazilian technique

Prerequisite: This is not a beginner class. Some prior experience with waxing is required, as the focus will be on refining and advancing your skills. Attendees should already be familiar with basic waxing techniques before enrolling.

Investment: $250; includes instructor demonstration, hands-on instruction, lunch, and 10% off waxing products on the day of the class.

Instructor Bio:

Angelica Bailey Trujillo attended San Francisco Institute of Esthetics in 2008.  After graduating, she quickly mastered the art of hair removal while working for a well established spa and multi-location boutique wax bar.  In 2012 Angelica opened her first location, Bay True Beauty in San Mateo, CA.  During the pandemic, Angelica relocated to Lincoln, CA, rebranded herself as Bailey’s Beauty and opened a second location there.  She now splits her time between both locations to see clients.  Angelica specializes in facial and body waxing & sugaring. Her niche being Brazilians; having performed over 30,000+ in her 16 years experience.  Angelica’s ability to deliver exceptional results while providing a comfortable service is the key to her client retention. Her genuine passion for removing hair and helping people feel their best has allowed her to pivot and become an educator with Alexander’s Aesthetics. Angelica is excited for this partnership and opportunity to help educate fellow licensed professionals on waxing and sugaring techniques and products. In her free time, you can find Angelica on the sidelines cheering on her kids’ numerous activities or spending quality time with family and friends.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund unless the vacated spot in the class can be filled by another attendee. If the spot is successfully filled, a 100% refund will be issued; otherwise, no refund will be provided.
• We retain the right to cancel this class if the enrollment minimum is not met. In this case, a full refund will be promptly issued.
